I wrote this one morning after having an awesome day with God the day before. I couldn't contain the joy I felt and this is what came out. God amazes me with the stuff He gives me.

I Sing to You

Oh how my soul longs to sing,
A song to You my God and King.
To sing to You a song so sweet,
To praise Your name with dancing feet.

You are my God, my joy and my love.
I sing to You, Who reigns from above.

There is none like you in all this earth,
Who guided my steps from the day of my birth,
Who would love me and keep me and call me His own,
I sing to you who sits on the throne.

Thank you O Lord for this beautiful song,
I will sing it to you all the day long.

I love you O Lord like no other I've found,
I have searched and looked the whole earth around.
There is none like You my God and my King,
And so to You this song I bring.

You have rescued my soul from the dark pits of hell,
And set me free to dance and to yell.
O Lord my God I cannot express,
My love and my joy and my thankfulness.
